All desserts are crafted fresh on the day of collection in a licensed commercial kitchen. Production capacity is intentionally limited to maintain quality, structure, and presentation.
Full payment is required at checkout to secure your order. Orders are confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.
Complimentary GTA Private Collection is available by appointment only.

Collection Time: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Collection times are fixed to preserve freshness, temperature control,
and design integrity. Orders must be collected during the selected window.
Clients may arrange a third-party courier to collect orders during the scheduled collection window. Responsibility for the order transfers upon handoff to the courier. We are not responsible for delays, handling, or damage once the order has been released.
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled collection date. Cancellations requested within 48 hours of collection are non-refundable, as ingredients, kitchen time, and production are already committed.
Orders not collected during the scheduled collection window are considered fulfilled and are non-refundable. Products cannot be held beyond the designated pickup time.
By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep your login details confidential. Your account is for personal use only and may be suspended or closed if we suspect misuse, fraud, or activity that violates our policies. We collect and use your information to create and manage your account, process orders, provide customer support, and send essential messages (such as order confirmations and updates).
